A Feel Good Friday moment from yesterday.

The team at Bilton got in on the Smile Cookie campaign with Tim Hortons, with employees being treated to Smile Cookies to spread a little positivity and support a great cause. Proceeds from Smile Cookies go toward local charities and community organizations.

Nothing too complicated, just a good excuse to step away for a few minutes, have a laugh, and share something as a team. Once and awhile it's nice just to enjoy the simple things.

We’re very excited to share that Tammy Olsson has been promoted to Materials Manager, reporting to our Head of Materials and Systems Management.

Tammy joined Bilton in 2022 as a Purchaser and quickly made her mark. Within her first year, she stepped into the Buyer Lead role, and by August 2024, she was leading the team as Purchasing Manager. Her growth speaks volumes about her dedication, expertise, and leadership.

Tammy is a huge asset to Bilton and is genuinely loved by so many across the organization. Her commitment to building strong vendor relationships, supporting her team, and driving operational excellence has made a lasting impact.

In her new role, Tammy will oversee Purchasing, Shipping & Receiving, Warehouse Operations, and Inventory Management, further strengthening alignment across our materials and logistics functions.
