This baler is one of the more stressful jobs I've come across in quite sometime as there was a lot hanging on the line with an investment like this.
Sometimes the correct answer is not found right away with repairs of this size and will take time with some trial and error involved.
In the end I'm happier then ever that I did not let a job this intimidating get to me and we were able to bale 42 bales of hay just in time in the first cut of the season!

Spent most of January on site for a client cutting/replacing all of the cross members and putting the main beam supports...

Spent most of January on site for a client cutting/replacing all of the cross members and putting the main beam supports back in place on a tilt and load flat deck. 😁
Had to pick up where another "welder" stopped shortly after starting the job because of the difficulty. 🙄
But I'm happy to finally be back in my own shop!

Well I was working on site earlier this week I did a big no no and did not run heat in my shop well away. With it being -25c my water table froze solid on the plasma table. 😔
But now I will never have to worry about that again! Made a middle of the night solution last night with bending up some galvanized sheeting and making the tables little own heated box underneath! 😁 No more frozen table! 🤩

The capabilities have grown so much here in the shop with all the new equipment coming in! Projects like these custom hopper bins would have not been possible for me to do without our new bending brake. 😁 Can't wait for more projects like this!
