The moment we've been waiting for in the Reignited series has finally arrived.

After months of assembling the 1969 Dodge Coronet, getting the engine and transmission together, installing parts, and putting countless hours into the build, it's finally time to find out if this old Mopar will actually come back to life.

And getting it started is anything but easy.

We fight through the engine installation, transmission alignment, ignition setup, oiling system, fuel pressure and timing before finally discovering what has been keeping this big-block Mopar from firing. Along the way, Gilles gets a few pretty incredible surprises—including a set of custom 3-inch stainless exhaust that he's been dreaming about.

Then, after nearly 20 years of silence…

THE CORONET FIRES.

But this isn't the finish line. Winter is coming, there's still plenty of work left to do, and the ultimate goal is getting Gilles behind the wheel for his first mopar drive in almost 30 years.
