Today’s dilemma turned out to be an easy fix. We broke down an ARO double diaphragm pump for a customer of ours. They let us know that it “stopped pumping” after approx. 3 months in service. We quickly diagnosed that there were rocks jammed between the balls and seats of the inlet side. We cleaned it all out and sent the customer on their way free of charge with the advisory of a suction strainer for future use. Come see us for all your pump applications for future projects!
