Projects like this take a lot of coordination and a hardworking team to bring everything together. From demolition through to the final finishes, it’s always rewarding to see a refreshed space ready to welcome guests again.

☕️ Another Tim Hortons.
🔨 Another full transformation.
🏆 Another proud moment for the OTL team.

We’ve officially completed a full gut renovation of the Tim Hortons at 184 Brandt Rd. in St. George, Ontario — and delivered it in just 27 days ⏱️💪

This project included complete plumbing, electrical, HVAC, tile, and custom millwork, plus a temporary trailer setup that allowed the restaurant to stay open, customers served, and sales flowing throughout construction 🚚☕️ No shortcuts. No compromises. Just disciplined planning and tight ex*****on.

What makes this one even more special — this was yet another project for a repeat customer 🤝 That kind of trust means everything to us. A huge thank you and shout-out to franchisee Mark and his family for continuing to put their confidence in our team 🙌 We truly appreciate the opportunity to work together again.

Massive credit to our incredible OTL crew and the trusted subcontractors and partners who show up every time and deliver at a high level 🔥 Projects like this don’t happen by accident they’re built by people who care about quality, schedules, and doing things the right way.

Every project has its challenges — but few compare to building inside a live hospital environment, right beside the Emergency Department and Doctors’ Lounge.

When North York General trusted On The Level with this renovation, our goal was clear: deliver a complete transformation without disrupting hospital operations — and that’s exactly what we did.

We started with infection control hoarding and a full demolition back to the studs, then rebuilt from the ground up:
✨ All new Electrical,plumbing, HVAC, and A/C systems
✨ Sprinkler and fire alarm upgrades
✨ New floors, wall tile, ceilings, paint, and finishes
✨ full equipment setup
✨ Integrated data and IT solutions
✨ And a temporary kitchen setup that kept staff and visitors fed with a full menu during construction

We’re excited to showcase the newly completed renovation of Tim Hortons 799 York St. in London, Ontario — another high-performance refresh built by the OTL team from start to finish.

This project demanded tight coordination, efficient sequencing, and the level of attention to detail that defines our work in the QSR space. From demolition through final turnover, every phase was executed to deliver a polished, modernized space that enhances both guest experience and daily operations.

Just Completed | Tim Hortons – Outlet Collection at Niagara

We’re proud to share the completion of a full renovation at one of Canada’s premier shopping destinations — The Outlet Collection at Niagara.

This project was a complete gut and rebuild, including:
• Full interior demolition
• New underground plumbing and drainage
• Electrical and HVAC upgrades
• New flooring and wall tile
• Installation of new custom millwork
• Updated brand graphics and finishes

The result is a fresh, modern, and welcoming space for both the local community and the millions of visitors that experience Niagara-on-the-Lake each year.

We’ve completed the full fit-out of Tim Hortons at Humber River Hospital 🏥 (200 Church St). This one started by gutting a section of Emergency triage rooms 🚧—then rebuilding from the slab up: plumbing 🚰, electrical ⚡️, HVAC 🌬️, fire alarm 🚨, wall & floor tile 🧱, custom millwork 🪵, equipment installs 🧰, graphics 🎨… the works.

Huge thanks to the Humber River Hospital Volunteer Association 🙌 and our partners at GL Smith 🤝 for top-tier PM & engineering. Delivering a clean, code-compliant build in an active healthcare environment is a true team sport. ✅

We’ve just wrapped up a full renovation at 425 Caradoc St South, Strathroy, ON, and we couldn’t be prouder of the result!

This project was a special one — we had the pleasure of working alongside two generations of the family who own and operate this Tim Hortons. Their commitment and energy made this reno a real pleasure.

We completely gutted the interior and took it back to the bones before rebuilding it with:
✅ New plumbing & electrical layouts
✅ Upgraded HVAC systems
✅ All-new walls, floor and wall tiles
✅ New ceilings, lighting, millwork & graphics
✅ Fresh signage and interior paint
✅ Exterior upgrades including C-Channel accents, stucco repairs, and refreshed bollards
