This week we had our Local Ironworkers Union 736 visit for product knowledge and demonstrations. The morning was spent learning the benefits of nylon vs polyester slings as well as watch a destruction test.

1) Can you guess which web sling broke first? The nylon or polyester? Which had the highest break?

2) How about this 1/2" x 6 ft wire rope sling? Can you guess the breaking point?
