Good evening, everyone!

I wanted to take a moment to address the increase in calls and messages we’ve received today regarding the (now ended) boil water advisory on Six Nations.

We want to reassure all of our customers that our water is completely safe for consumption, whether you are located on Six Nations, Haldimand, or Norfolk.

Wilson Water does not load our trucks in Ohsweken, as that system is not designed to accommodate tankers of our size. We frequently source water from New Credit, which is supplied by the Hagersville water line - not the Ohsweken water line that was under the advisory.

Please rest assured that the water we deliver remains potable, safe, and unaffected by the boil water advisory that has affected the community this past week.

💦 Operations Update - 7/2/26 💦

Hi all! We appreciate your patience as we work to get water delivered to everyone as quickly and safely as possible. Today has presented a number of challenges, including the extreme heat warning, widespread hydro outages, road closures from storm damage, and intermittent phone and data network issues.

Despite these obstacles, our team is working hard to keep deliveries moving and will get to everyone as soon as we safely can.

Thank you for your patience, understanding, and support. We truly appreciate it and ask for your continued patience while we navigate today’s challenges.

☀️Peak Season Update - Wednesday June 10th, 2026☀️

Hi everyone!

Just wanted to hop on and let all of our customers know that we are currently operating as normal and running on time. The guys are doing a fantastic job, and we’re getting to our customers quickly and efficiently.

Current wait times for wells & cisterns:

💧 Six Nations: same day / next day service
💧 Haldimand & Norfolk: next day service

As always however, we will do our best to accommodate emergencies whenever possible.

Drinking water deliveries for wells and cisterns are our top priority but we are still taking on pools. We will continue to keep everyone updated if wait times change or if we need to temporarily pause new pool bookings.

Hello, everybody! ☀️ I think it’s safe to say the warm weather is finally here (hopefully to stay! 🤞🏻). We’re officially entering peak season, and with that comes its own challenges (but we're not complaining! Boy was that a brutal winter!) As I pass by the Hagersville water depot now, there are about 8 trucks waiting to load... At 15 to 30 minutes wait per truck, even with the dual lanes, it's a lot of time stuck waiting... meaning each delivery takes longer than we'd like.

But rest assured we've got the full fleet in tip-top shape ready to serve our wonderful customers. As always, we will prioritizing drinking water before pools. We really appreciate your patience and understanding as we dive into summer. 💦 🐳

A quick note on “gallons” 💧

There’s been some talk lately and posts being shared about how load sizes are measured, and we think our customers deserve clarity, not confusion.

So here it is, plain and simple:

When we say our full loads are 4000 and 5,500 gallons, we mean Imperial (Canadian) gallons.
That’s the standard here. That’s how our trucks are rated. That’s what you’re paying for.

Let’s not pretend all “gallons” are the same - they aren’t. And using smaller U.S. gallons in order to advertise larger numbers isn’t something we do.

We believe customers should know exactly what they’re getting, without needing to read between the lines. As a consumer, you absolutely have the right to ask questions and know the market. We have customers from Caledonia to Peacock Point, Waterford to Decewsville and everywhere in between (and sometimes beyond!) Most of our cistern customers in our delivery area are paying:

$180 for 4000 gallons
$200 for 5500 gallons

Yes, it may vary slightly by area... But this is the pricing for the majority of our customers, excluding Six Nations and New Credit.

Well friends, we filled our first pool of the season today, and that’s always a good sign that warmer days are just around the corner! There’s just something about that first pool fill that feels like spring around here… especially after the frigid winter we had! 🌷

Whether you’re getting ready to open your pool or looking to fill up your well or cistern, we’ve got you covered. Our trucks are rolling and ready for what looks to be a long, hot summer! ☀️

Just a friendly reminder we will be closed Friday this week in addition to our usual Sunday. Wishing everyone a safe and happy Easter long weekend! 🐰

This is the reality our drivers are dealing with right now on the daily. Frigid temperatures and water don’t mix well, and conditions like this slow everything down. Our drivers are de-icing trucks and equipment after every load to keep everything functioning safely.

There’s only so much that can be done in a day. Please plan ahead and conserve if need be. With very cold temperatures and more snow in the foreseeable forecast, delays may continue.

A big thank-you to everyone who’s planning ahead and being patient and understanding, we truly appreciate the support.

It’s a messy situation down the lake today.
We’re keeping a very close eye on conditions. With strong WSW winds combined with accumulated snow, many roads are currently impassable.

For everyone’s safety, we can’t attempt deliveries until we know conditions are safe. In the meantime, please stay home and off the roads so emergency and road crews can do their jobs.

We appreciate your patience and understanding and will share updates as conditions change.

🚧❄️ Strong winds and heavy snow have created hazardous conditions along the lakeshore. Lakeshore Rd is now closed between Hald‑Dunnville Townline Rd and the end of Haldimand Rd. 53/Erie St, along with all north–south roads leading to this stretch of Lakeshore off Rainham.

Residents within the impacted area are asked to stay home while crews work to clear significant blowing snow and drifts. Additional equipment is being brought in to assist.

Good morning! We have all hands on deck today, but due to ongoing conditions we are operating at a reduced capacity, as we anticipate things to move slower than usual. All delivery requests are being handled in the order they are received, and we truly appreciate everyone’s patience as our drivers work carefully and safely.

We’d also like to extend a big thank you to the road crews of Six Nations, Brant, Haldimand, and Norfolk who were out overnight clearing the roads. Their hard work makes it possible for essential services like ours to keep moving under tough conditions.

Please note that driveways must be cleared and accessible. If a driveway is not clear upon arrival, the delivery will not be attempted for safety.
