The Terry Fox Run demonstrates what can happen when personal determination becomes a shared national purpose.

Terry began with a clear mission: to raise awareness and funds for cancer research. Decades later, communities across Canada continue moving that mission forward through participation, volunteering, fundraising and collective action.

There is a valuable leadership lesson in that legacy. Whether you are leading a community initiative or growing a business, momentum rarely comes from one dramatic effort. It is created through a clear direction, consistent action and people who understand why their contribution matters.
