Job Title: Entry-Level Metal Fabricator
Location: Greely, Ontario. NOT accessible by public transportation.
Position Type: Full-Time
Shift: 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday to Thursday, 7:30 AM to Noon Friday.

Job Description: As an Entry-Level Metal Fabricator, you will be an essential part of our production team, responsible for carrying out various metal fabrication tasks. The role involves repetitive work, primarily focusing on the assembly and fabrication of metal components. The successful candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
• Perform repetitive metal fabrication tasks according to established procedures.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and work orders.
• Operate machinery and hand tools to cut, shape, and assemble metal parts.
• Ensure the quality and accuracy of finished products.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals.
Qualifications:
• Ability to lift and move heavy materials (up to 30lbs).
• Experience with hand tools and metalworking machinery is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Skills:
• Manual dexterity and precision.
• Ability to work in a repetitive and fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks.
