Together with , we’ve turned his original concept of the chain l**e filled syringe on the backside of the seat tube, into a fully integrated electronic chain l**e dripper system built for gravel racing.
At the press of the handlebar mounted button, the system releases chain l**e onto the drivetrain through a custom guide positioned above the chainring.
A one second push of the button lubricates the full chain while pedaling at 75rpm.
The entire chamber sits hidden inside the seatpost and weighs just 100g.
Why? Because gravel racing is unpredictable. Water crossings, rain, mud, and long dry sections can quickly compromise drivetrain efficiency during a race.
This system allows Andrew to maintain drivetrain performance without stopping.
The first real world race test happens at Unbound Gravel this weekend.
We’re excited to see it perform under race conditions. Stay tuned for more insights and details to follow.
