Hot summer days call for a refreshing break.☀️

Perfect time to enjoy this pool on the shores of Lake Huron near Collingwood, Ontario.

This home was designed around the owners’ passion for sailing, with window walls that open the interior to the landscape and bring in plenty of natural light. Inside, rich wood floors, exposed beams, trusses, and T&G come together in a space that feels warm and connected to its surroundings.

Our Q2 2026 Town Hall is behind us—and with it, a well-deserved moment of recognition for one of our own.

We're pleased to present the Q2 Duct Tape Award to William A., our Junior Timber Frame Designer. William has taken ownership of the estimating process within the design team and refined it to establish a new, higher standard. His consistent and professional presentation of pricing drawings has made a noticeable impression, generating positive client feedback and raising the bar for how we present our work.

The standard you've set doesn't go unnoticed. Well done, William. 👏

This barn in Pemberton, BC, sits right where it belongs.

Brown-red timber tones break through the surrounding green, with the mountains in the backdrop. From the outside, this barndominium looks like it grew out of the valley floor.

The layout features a ground-floor workshop, horse stable, mud room, and 2,160 sq. ft. of living space upstairs.

Warm days, cool summer evenings, and the Montana mountain ranges filling the horizon. This covered patio has everything you need to make the most of both.

Stone fireplace, outdoor BBQ, a food bar, and a hot tub — all of it tucked under a timber frame structure finished in an antique stain that lets the natural character of the wood through.

This is what year-round outdoor living looks like on this residence just outside Bozeman, Montana.

Breaking down a 30’ log into a 15.5” x 21.5” timber on our sawmill 🪚

Our on-site log yard and vertical integration are what make this possible. We cut raw logs to the exact dimensions a project calls for and turn them into finished components, all within one facility. The result is shorter lead times and greater quality control over materials leaving our facility.
