Saving the dinosaurs from the scrapper, one job at a time

Big job on this L-120 Wagner. This monster is almost twice as old as any of the guys that work here, and still has plenty of work left in it. With a New Tine Ear connection fabbed and re-hung, it might as well be rolling off the show room floor.

Summer/Fall was a busy time for us, and here's why:

The completion of this Side Winder Restoration. This boat was in shambles when pulled out of commission; both sides of the hull and frame had buckled & had heavy wear and corrosion, the deck out of square. The list goes on.

Straightening and re-fitting this vessel was a very big job, specially for a one man team. Despite the hoops and issues that this boat brought, I'm very happy with the end result. This boat will live to see another few decades of use and abuse on the water before it ever needs work like this done to it again

Here'a a little aluminium pump house we did a while back for a Live Catch Salt Water Circulation system on a commercial fishing boat 🛥 Keeping those pumps away from the harsh open sea weather and exhaust ports out the side of the boat so the boys can work without getting gassed out
