1-4 Rebuilt a 15hp gould pumps. We had to machine out the rusted bolts in the front endbell of the motor.

5-6 Disassembled a submersible pump

7-8 welded up and remachined the sealing surface on a tractor pulls brake flanges

Busy couple of days. Changed bearings and coupling on a 150hp compressor. Replaced a 15 hp filtration pump with a new one. Tested some motors and put them on the VFD to check everything was good.

Machining a wheel hub adapter

Valve wouldn't open. The butterfly portion on the new valve was hitting the pvc, so we blended the pvc pipe to allow the butterfly portion to pass

New valve was hitting on the PVC pipe. We beveled the inside ofbthe pipe. Checking the alignment after we had to move the pump to getv the offset adapter back in.

Vibration testing on pumps today
