Each year, NDC puts together a fulsome Annual General Report covering our values, vision and mission alongside the work we did that year to pursue them. From partnerships and businesses to sponsorships and more.

Great communication starts from the top down.

Last month, we welcomed Cienti Consulting to lead an Effective Communication session for managers and supervisors across NDC, Nak'azdli Construction Ltd., Sana'aih Market and Carrier Food and Fuel Ltd.

The session covered everything from how our personalities shape the way we communicate to practical ways of responding to conflict and facilitating better conversations day-to-day.

Investing in our people is something we take seriously, and we're always looking for more opportunities to help our team learn and grow. Thank you, Cienti Consulting!

Today, we observe National Day for Truth and Reconciliation.

We honour the survivors of residential schools, remember those who never returned home and acknowledge the profound and lasting harm caused to Indigenous peoples, families and communities across the country.

At NDC we believe that reconciliation is not a single moment or one action. At NDC, it shows up in the work we do every day to build opportunity, support our community and ensure Nak'azdli Whut'en Members have a meaningful voice.
