Wil-Tech is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our Estevan team!

You don’t need to walk in knowing everything about hydraulics — we can teach you that. What we’re looking for is someone who likes figuring things out, enjoys working with customers, isn’t afraid to ask questions, and wants to learn.

Coming from automotive, agriculture, heavy equipment, oilfield, parts, mechanical or industrial sales? Even better.

Your days will include helping customers track down the right parts, putting together quotes and orders, learning our products, solving the occasional “I need one of these… but I have no idea what it’s called” mystery 😆 and working alongside a great team.

We’re looking for someone who enjoys working with people, solving problems, and being part of a team. Experience in customer service, sales, parts, agriculture, automotive, oilfield or an industrial setting would be an asset. Hydraulic experience is an asset, but not required — we’re willing to train the right person!
