Nearly four decades of service, a commitment to getting the details right, and an exciting opportunity for growth — that’s the story of our TS&M Regina and Saskatoon teams.
The TS&M Supply Regina branch has proudly served customers since March 1987. Today, the team continues to build on that long-standing history by delivering responsive and reliable service that our customers have come to expect. The Regina team takes pride in responding quickly to customer quote and order requests and making sure customers have the information and products they need, when they need them. It’s not just about getting an order out the door — it’s about getting it right.
One area where the Regina team really stands out, is their attention to detail when preparing orders. Required documentation, including MTRs, certificates of compliance, and testing documentation, is carefully organized and packaged together. This extra step helps make the process easier and more efficient for customers, while giving them confidence that everything they need is included. The Regina branch supports a diverse group of customers and industries such as power generation, refineries, engineering, potash, mining, renewables, data centres and more; helping to keep their operations moving with dependable products and service.
The Regina team has also been instrumental in an exciting chapter for TS&M — the reopening of our Saskatoon branch in October 2025. The team has been working hard to reestablish warehouse operations and rebuild our industrial customer base in the Saskatoon area, with a focus on supporting customers in mining, natural gas, and power generation. With the growth and dynamism of the Saskatoon economy, the branch is off to a strong start and sees plenty of opportunity ahead. The team is excited to renew previous relationships, as well as develop new ones, while establishing TS&M as a trusted supplier in the Saskatoon region once again.
From Regina’s nearly 40 years of customer service to Saskatoon’s exciting new chapter, these two teams are demonstrating that strong relationships, attention to detail, and a commitment to Customer Priority One continue to make a difference. Here’s to the Regina and Saskatoon teams and the opportunities ahead!
