Now Hiring: Full-Time Sales Associate
We're looking for a friendly, reliable, and motivated Full-Time Sales Associate to join our team!
If you enjoy helping customers, working in a fast-paced environment, and being part of a supportive local business, we'd love to hear from you.
Responsibilities include:
●Providing exceptional customer service
●Assisting customers with product selection and project needs
●Stocking shelves and maintaining an organized sales floor
●Operating the cash register at times
●Remove sales and promotional displays, prices, etc.
●Stocking shelves, organizing inventory, keep stock in storage area neat, clean and orderly.
●Keeping the store clean, safe, and welcoming
●Participate in regular cycle counting, and annual inventory counts.
●Follow procedures and maintain standards according to store policy.
●Assist customers with carrying out large or heavy items.
Qualifications:
●Excellent communication and customer service skills
●Positive attitude and willingness to learn
●Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks
●Retail or hardware experience is an asset, but not required—we're happy to train the right person!
●Availability to work a flexible schedule including some weekends.
●Ability to work in a team environment.
