Back in 1996, Polycorp was established by acquiring the assets, patents, and intellectual property from the former BFGoodrich. In 2002, Polycorp took another giant leap by acquiring Polymeric Protective Linings from RJF International Corporation in Michigan. This acquisition brought together two industry leaders and created the largest custom linings manufacturer in all of North America. Talk about a powerhouse!
