She’ll be competing against a stacked field of Canadians for a ticket to the CrossFit games in the elite women’s division.

As the youngest competitor on the men’s side, Jack is going to make a statement at the Atlas Games this weekend.

Having competed at the Games as a teenager in 2019, Jack has made the transition into the Elite men’s category and is poised to show them what’s up!

Known for her crazy engine - highlighted by her win in the 2019 Ruck Run event, Emily is posed to put up a great performance against a stacked field of Canadian athletes this weekend at the Atlas Games Semifinal!
