A recent Lexus Engineering project: the IQ Tennis and Pickleball Centre.
This unique facility combines a state‑of‑the‑art air‑supported athletic dome with a renovated and expanded clubhouse, creating a high‑performance, year‑round destination for tennis and pickleball.
Lexus Engineering served as the Mechanical and Electrical Professionals of Record, delivering:
Precision pressure‑controlled mechanical systems to support the dome
Glare‑free lighting designed for high‑ceiling athletic play
Integrated HVAC and emergency power systems
Full M&E design for the clubhouse renovation and expansion
The result is a resilient, efficient facility supporting 7 indoor pickleball courts and 6 indoor tennis courts.
