Please Book Your Ride at Least 24 Hours in Advance
At RideSenior, our goal is to provide seniors and their families with reliable, comfortable, and well-coordinated transportation. Because our service is designed specifically for older adults and each ride requires appropriate driver scheduling and coordination, we kindly ask customers to book at least 24 hours before their requested pickup time whenever possible.
Booking in advance gives our system and support team enough time to identify a suitable RideSenior Pro driver in your area, confirm availability, coordinate the trip details, and allow the driver to properly prepare for the scheduled ride. This is especially important for transportation to medical appointments, hospitals, shopping, personal errands, and other important activities where dependable scheduling matters.
RideSenior is not designed as an instant, on-demand ride service. Our priority is to carefully coordinate transportation so that seniors and their families can have a more reliable and comfortable experience. Providing at least 24 hours' notice also helps reduce the possibility of driver unavailability and gives us more time to accommodate additional assistance requests when available.
Customers may still submit a booking request with less than 24 hours' notice. We will make every reasonable effort to find an available driver; however, availability for last-minute requests cannot be guaranteed and will depend on the requested time, location, and available RideSenior Pro drivers in the area.
For the best chance of securing your preferred pickup time, we strongly recommend booking 24 hours or more in advance.
