Thinking outside the box. Instead of traditionally doing foundation walls then slab on grade Yerniuk Construction is doing it the opposite way around. Because the project started late in the year it would of been impossible to do walls then slab due to winter weather. You cannot scaffold on frozen ground so a temporary mud slab is poured. This is then taken out and replaced with proper slab on grade. Huge cost savings to the developer. Kudos Steve Yerniuk and crew. Great placing by Jeff and the Rowdy Rebar crew.
