💫 Team Spotlight
My engineering career has taken me from Puerto Rico to Canada and through more than 20 years of designing and delivering building systems. Along the way, I’ve worked across HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, refrigeration, and multidisciplinary projects—from residential and commercial buildings to complex industrial and food-processing facilities.
I’ve had the opportunity to serve as a designer, Engineer of Record, project manager, and mentor. Each role has deepened my appreciation for how engineering decisions play out in the real world—and how much we learn by solving problems that don’t fit neatly into a textbook.
In my next chapter at Williams, I’m excited to bring that practical experience together with the possibilities of AI and digital engineering. I look forward to exploring how BIM, automation, and new technologies can make our work more efficient and insightful, while preserving the judgment, creativity, and responsibility that good engineering depends on.
After more than two decades, I’m still learning, still experimenting, and looking forward to what’s next.
