Great customer service starts long before an order reaches the customer’s door.

This week, our Edmonton and Calgary warehouse and delivery teams took part in two days of training led by Andy Pilon. The session covered workplace safety, operating procedures, order handling, deliveries and drop-offs, along with hands-on training for the newest commercial truck in our fleet.

It was also an opportunity for our newer team members to build confidence in their roles and understand how their work connects to the larger Regent Supply operation.

Every team member helps keep orders moving safely, accurately, and efficiently. By working with shared knowledge, expectations, and attention to detail, we strengthen our operation and provide the reliable service our customers expect.
