From the live culinary competitions and inspiring test kitchens to the mixology demonstrations, educational workshops and thought-provoking conversations. The entire event was filled with energy, talent and innovation.

What an amazing time at Terroir Symposium’s Once Upon a Brunch.

From cocktails made with The Valley of the Mother of God Gin, to a glass of Gérard Bertrand Esprit de Côte des Roses Brut Rosé, beautiful Calgary Opera performances, and an incredible dessert buffet, this event truly did not disappoint.
