On this Remembrance Day, I had the honour of giving a flu shot to a remarkable 103-year-old lady in her home.
To stand beside someone who has lived through so much of our history—through sacrifice, hardship, and resilience—felt especially meaningful today.
Her smile, her stories, and her strength reminded me why caring for our seniors is one of the greatest privileges of this profession.
A humbling moment on a day dedicated to remembering those who shaped the world we live in

We’re proud to support our community by helping seniors stay protected this flu season.
Our team is providing flu shots to help keep you healthy and safe.

If you would like to arrange a flu clinic at your residence or community center, please contact us — we’ll be happy to assist.

💉 Flu Shot Clinic Success!

A big thank-you to our Friends of WSAC partner, Terra Losa Pharmacy, and pharmacist Wael and his teammate Joshua for helping our members stay healthy this season! Together, they administered about 100 flu shots to our seniors 55+. 👏👏

We’ve heard such great feedback —
“Very efficient!”
“Done so quickly!”
“Not even an ouch!”

Thank you to Terra Losa Pharmacy for your partnership and care, and to all our participants for rolling up your sleeves with smiles!
