Today we want to recognize someone very special to our team at McMunn & Yates Building Supplies – Grandview!
Since joining us on September 27th, 2024, Christa Butt has been a valued member of our store as a Student Part-Time Sales Desk Associate. Over the past year and a half, she has grown tremendously in confidence, product knowledge, and customer service skills — and she has truly made her mark on our team.
Christa has spent countless hours at the sales desk assisting both our everyday customers and our professional contractors with patience, professionalism, and a welcoming attitude. In the lumber and building supply industry, strong relationships matter — and Christa helped strengthen those connections every single shift she worked.
Beyond the desk, she took part in merchandising our aisles, keeping shelves organized and stocked. Those details make a big difference in how our store operates and how we serve the community.
Most importantly, Christa has been reliable, hardworking, and a positive presence in our workplace. She has always been willing to step in where needed and support her teammates. That kind of attitude is something every manager appreciates.
As she leaves us to continue her education, we want to say how proud we are of her. While we will certainly miss her at the Grandview location, we are excited for what the future holds for her.
