This marks Ace Machining Ltd first attempt at rotary broaching using the Group GT32. A customer approached us with a request for a custom socket head shoulder bolt. The rotary broaching from Tools Inc. performed flawlessly, complemented by the thread rolling from Norvik Tooling. This part, crafted from 303 stainless steel, has truly come to life.

We could not be prouder of our staff. This marks the fifth consecutive year we have achieved a 100% score on our safety audit. Ace Machining Ltd has partnered with Michael Doucette from Occupational Health & Education Services Inc to help us build and maintain an OHES program.

 

In today's environment, we prioritize safety and ensure that everyone goes home at the end of the day. Our equipment is among the most dangerous to work on, and we believe that safety is paramount. Everyone goes home; it’s just a job.

The Electric cobot is demonstrating its capabilities today. When repeatability and mid to high production runs are essential, this machine excels. Our team is doing an excellent job with setup, programming, and operation.

After a week of excellent training by Elliott Matsuura Canada Inc., we are excited to put the MX to work. We are building fixtures with 5th Axis Workholding and ISCAR Headquarters tooling, utilizing ProShop ERP alongside our skilled team of machinists.



This Matsuura machine is a game changer for eastern Canada, featuring a 10-pallet pool, lights-out production, and high-speed machining.

Excited to share that Ace Machining Ltd has continued our partnership with Elliott Matsuura Canada Inc. after our visit to the Canadian Manufacturing Technology Show - CMTS. We're thrilled to introduce the MX-420 PC10 to our shop floor. Huge thanks to Chris Nooyen, Mike Ballerscheff, and Katsu (Yuto Matsuura) for their invaluable assistance in selecting the perfect machine for our ongoing growth and enhanced production capabilities.

 

With our sights set on expanding full 5 axis, 10 pallet production for 24/7 manufacturing, I am confident that opting for Matsuura Machinery Ltd. is the ideal decision.

In May 2025, our matching donation to Souls Harbour Rescue Mission, Nova Scotia helped establish transitional housing for program graduates in Dartmouth on Farrell St. This initiative creates opportunities for men to reintegrate into the community and redefine their future beyond their past. The project has already garnered support from 41 new monthly donors. Ace Machining Ltd continues its commitment to community support, proud to be part of this impactful cause.
