**Service Disruption Alert**

Our freight provider will be undergoing upgrades from May 13th-May 16th. They are going to do their best to ensure that these upgrades do not disrupt regular service and cause delivery delays but we wanted to let our customers know ahead of time that our morning deliveries might be a bit later than usual and that there is a confirmed closure on Saturday May 16th where we will not be receiving any freight at all.

We wanted to advise our customers as soon as we received this notice so that we can continue to serve you and your customers as efficiently as possible.

Duties & Responsibilities:

- Handle orders and requests for parts and parts information by providing accurate, courteous, efficient and professional service to telephone, electronic and over-the-counter customers
- Prepare customer orders and handle product returns
- Maintain inventory and stock levels
- Effectively develop strong, loyal relationships with customers by providing an exceptional level of customer service
- Ability to lift items up to 50 pounds

Requirements:

- Experience in the replacement auto parts industry
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal and planning skills
- Knowledge of tool & equipment, essential
- Knowledge of mechanical components
- Strong computer skills
- Valid drivers License with recent clean drivers abstract
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Courtenay Auto Supply LTD – NAPA Auto Parts is looking for a Outside Sale Representative – for a 6-month term with the possibility of extension.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Visit current and potential customers to promote and build awareness of the NAPA products line
• Effectively build and maintain strong, long-term, loyal relationships with customers by providing an exceptional level of customer service
• Work closely with Store Manager, District Managers, Business Development Specialists and other members of Head Office to ensure sales and profit objectives are met by strategically developing our business
• Enforce sales growth plans by successfully deploying marketing and promotions programs

Requirements:

• Experience in the automotive replacement parts industry with a minimum of two years of sales experience
• Strong knowledge of tools, equipment, and mechanical components
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Valid driver’s license with a recent clean driver’s abstract
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
