Custom 5.5 gal jerry can to fit the rear cargo rack pocket on a Canam Outlander 1000. This was built to maximize fuel storage capacity and be a snug fit to limit movement, and have the rear cargo box attach overtop.

Finished up this custom bumper for a customer and am quite happy with how this one came together! Customer wanted to have his winch top mounted with a light bar on the bull bar. I was sent a few pictures as examples and made up a 3D model, sent it off laser, a little forming, fitting, machining, welding, wiring, painting, and there it is!

Neat little project I got to build! There was a little CAD design, cnc routing, manual milling, manual turning on a lathe, tapping, forming, welding, and a feeling of accomplishment when you can do it all 100% in-house!

A little late as I forgot.. but would ya look at that! Wrapped up this rear ROPS extension and stretcher cradle for Search and Rescue to make their side by side a little more usable.

Built a rear ROPS extension that weaves its way past the brake light and down to a heavy duty plate that's been added. Built with a cage b**g so you can quickly remove a few bolts and tilt the box when needed for servicing. Added a spare tire mount and left room for additional storage on top. For the stretcher theres 2 guide rails to keeo it from sliding side to side, as you slide the stretcher in it'll go into a catch at the front that you can quickly pin in place so it doesnt fall out. Rear can be tied down so it doesnt bounce around. This one had a full cab and to retain as much as possible the rear window was notched and the window framing rebuilt and sealed. A block off plate with rear seat back was added for when not in use so it can still be used as a 4 seater.

All in all im very happy with how this all came together!

Wish I took better pics of this one! I was tasked with designing and building a fresh air cab filter to bolt to the roof of a local lowbed operators truck for when hes in low going slow up the dusty dirt roads.

Overall quite happy with how this one turned out! The opening we cut on the sides, back, and top (under the cover) were getting covered with frogskin to help keep any water out. Top cover to deflect any rain. Then 2 x 12v fans with 3 filters underneath with the filter plate designed to compress the seal on them.

Wow! I dont even know where to start with this one! This has been a long time coming but I finished this job right before the holidays and my customer put it to work right away.

A long time customer came to me with the idea of wanting a complete custom farrier truck body. He's been around this industry for many years and has seen it all so he had a ton of ideas that he wanted to see done to this and had sent some pics of things he liked and I set off to work. As always I first did a complete 3D rendering and went over every detail with my customer before cutting anything, once approved the real work began!

This ended up being a 6.5' wide x 9' long almost entirely aluminum truck body built with some heavy duty tube. I threw a heavy duty stainless deck on it so it can take a beating. Upon request I made some bi-folding side doors that can be opened in full, or folded in half and opened up for getting into narrow spots. The rear door he wanted flush so I did a single flush mounted rear door. I added a dry storage box in the passenger side skirting with flush door, and matched the look to access his propane system on the driver's side. Then came the heavy duty swing out anvil mount that locks into place when driving and can be swung out to any position when working and secured with a jack. I installed his forge which needed a roof top vent so I custom designed a roof hatch that opens anywhere from 35° to 75°. Made him 2 custom carousel style horse shoe racks. Made a custom storage shelving unit for the front of the drivers side. Installed a couple of drawer units and a fridge he provided. Installed all of his tools and equipment that were provided. Put a bunch of overhead lighting to where you wouldn't even know the sun had set when you turn them on.

This project was a lot of work, took way too many hours, had a lot of blood, sweat, and probably even some tears but it was all worth it at the end to see it all come together. I couldn't be happier with how this turned out and I hope it serves my customer well for many years to come!
