We are currently looking for a skilled and experienced Truck & Trailer Mechanic to join our growing team.

This is a great opportunity for someone with strong hands-on experience and advanced mechanical knowledge, even if you do not hold a Red Seal or Journeyperson certification.

🔧 Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance and repairs on trucks and transport vehicles
- Work on engines, transmissions, brakes, and electrical systems
- Conduct diagnostic testing and troubleshooting
- Inspect vehicles to ensure safety and compliance
- Complete roadside repairs when required
- Participate in a weekly on-call rotation

✅ What We’re Looking For:
- Extensive experience working with heavy-duty truck & trailer equipment
- Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver’s license with a clean abstract
- Reliable, safety-focused, and motivated
📌 Certification is considered an asset, but not required.

** Due to the impeding weather system coming to the Avalon and Bonavista Peninsulas, the Chamber of Commerce has decided to reschedule the Community Job Fair scheduled for tomorrow.
The new date will be Wednesday, April 29th.
Location: Clarenville Farm & Market
Time: 10am-5pm
