High production matters, but consistency is what separates one producer from the next.

A cone crusher can move plenty of material and still leave a crew chasing spec. When gradation is inconsistent, those tons are harder to sell, harder to use, and harder to plan around.

The Keestrack H4 is built to help with that. Its cone assembly can be set up around the application, with adjustable closed-side settings and chamber options that help manage final product size and keep more material within spec.

More tons are good. More usable tons are better.

A blocked jaw chamber is one of those problems that shows up fast on site.

Material stops feeding properly, the crusher slows down, and the crew has to deal with the interruption before production can get back on track.

The Sandvik QJ341 helps reduce that risk with a level sensor in the crushing chamber. It monitors the material level and adjusts the feeder speed, helping keep the jaw fed at a steadier rate.

For operators working with variable feed material, that control matters. It can mean fewer interruptions from chamber bridging and a more consistent day of crushing.

Day 1 of the National Heavy Equipment Show has wrapped up in Mississauga, Ontario.

Dan (the man) Levand gave us a closer look at one of the key features of the R3h: its massive rotor. Weighing 3.5 tons without bearings, it generates tremendous force to support higher throughput.

If you’re in town, stop by Booth #3010 to see what’s new at Frontline and connect with the team.

A brand launch means more when there is real work behind it.

This week, we’re also introducing our work on commissioning the Headlands Environmental washing system.

Projects like this are an important part of what Frontline Washing Systems is all about. Bringing together the right washing solution, real field ex*****on, and local support through commissioning and beyond.

We’ll share more from the field soon.

Why did Frontline build a specialized division for washing?

Because soil and slurry washing is becoming too important to treat as a side offering.

Across Canada, operators are facing rising disposal costs, tighter documentation demands, and more pressure to recover value from material that used to leave site as waste.

That shift called for focused capability.

Frontline Washing Systems brings together proven washing technology and the local support, service, and responsiveness this market has been missing.

For us, this was not about adding another logo. It was about building the right team, the right focus, and the right support around a growing category.
