First batch of OEM Toyota injectors out for ultrasonic cleaning, testing, and service.

Dropped off about 40 units. Flow testing, new filters, seals, and getting them back ready for the next round of trucks.

If the results are good, this will become a regular thing.

OEM parts rebuilt properly > cheap aftermarket every time.

We’ll be starting a double cab project pretty soon here. Reinforcing/Rebuilding from the frame up, 2WD to 4x4 conversion and finishing off with a running & driving 2002 double cab in green.

I’ll be selling off all silver body parts (including the cab), beige interior parts, 2WD transmission & electrical.

One of my best flips to date, blown engine replaced along with a brand new cylinder head.

A very common issue with these 3RZ’s is that they tend to overheat which leads to damaged/warped heads. We had a good donor sitting in the yard at the time which got this truck back on the road. Got it running mint and found it a new owner who drove it from Vancouver to Halifax, Nova Scotia. Approximately 5,800 Km!

If you have or are looking at a 3RZ truck do a compression test, better yet a leak down test to see the health of the engine. Trust me, ask me how I know 😂 Sometimes you have to throw money at your problems to make it go away and that’s usually the case with almost all the 3RZ trucks/engines I’ve had.
