Today we’re re-tubing this Cat 325 stick cylinder. Came in because the piston was bypassing internally. Turns out something went through the cylinder and caused a bunch of internal scoring.

Case CX245 bucket cylinder took some major damage to the IHCP rod. Our customer was on a time crunch so we decided to machine a new rod in quick fashion versus re-chroming to get the machine back to work quickly. 👍🏻

A field weld repair of a cracked tube was done to get through the job. Then into our shop for full re-tubing of the barrel. Fresh coat of paint, some new seals and this Hitachi Zaxis 250 Stick cylinder is ready for service again. 💥
