Jill of All Trades is an initiative designed to inspire young women in Grades 9–12 to explore skilled trades careers through hands-on experience in automotive, manufacturing, construction, and more.

✨ Employee Feature: Brian McGavin — Account Manager at Robert's Equipment!

Brian has been part of Robert’s Equipment since 2019, but his history in the equipment industry started long before that. His grandfather founded McGavin’s Farm Equipment in 1936, and his father took over the business in the 60s.

Brian grew up around the dealership before attending the University of Guelph’s Agricultural Business program. After graduating in 1984, he returned home to Walton and started working full-time in the family business.

Over the years, Brian has gained decades of experience across multiple generations. He believes in treating customers the way he’d want to be treated, which has helped him build strong relationships in the community and agriculture industry.

Outside of work, Brian enjoys baseball, curling, the plowing match, and spending time with his wife Shelley and their three children: Brandon, Abby, and Tyson.
