Already selling equipment? Forklifts may be a more natural addition than you think.
Something we've learned while growing our dealer network is that some of the best fits aren't necessarily traditional forklift dealers.
We're working with smaller rental companies, agricultural equipment dealers, construction equipment businesses, and other equipment-focused companies that were already being asked by their customers about forklifts.
It makes sense.
Their customers are already renting equipment for job sites. They're already buying tractors, loaders, skid steers and other industrial equipment. Then a customer asks:
“Can you get me a forklift too?”
For many of these businesses, adding forklifts isn't a matter of starting from scratch. They already understand equipment sales, rentals, parts, service, and what it takes to support a machine after the sale.
They already have the customers.
They already know the equipment business.
Forklifts become another solution they can offer.
That's something we're seeing more and more as Titan continues to work with independent equipment businesses across Canada and the U.S.
You don't have to be a forklift dealer to become one.
