Interior switchback staircases are always challenging due to limited access, minimal structural lifting points, and the difficulty of moving such heavy structures into place. However, our team always finds the most efficient way to get them successfully installed.

• Can read and interpret shop drawings/blueprints
• Takes pride in quality workmanship
• Can lead a small team and keep projects moving efficiently
• Is reliable, organized, and safety-minded

This is a hands-on leadership role in a growing custom metal fabrication business.

With the temperatures rising in the shop, I think we can all agree that freezie breaks have become an absolute must!

We currently have another oil refinery system in development, as our team has been quite busy with these projects lately. This particular system is scheduled to be shipped to Australia at the end of June!
