We had our GR86 up on the lift recently and took some shots of the first exhaust system we built for this platform, which has been on the vehicle approximately 9 months now.

After being on the car all this time and with some winter driving under it’s belt, it’s all still looking great.

This exhaust system provides a very livable volume to the exhaust note during daily driving and gives zero drone while on the highway.

Additionally, we chose to go with a transverse style muffler which, while adding a bit to the cost of the overall system, provides the aerodynamic benefits of reducing how much air gets trapped in the rear bumper.

Freshly rebuilt B series cylinder head ready to put in work on a turbo Integra we’re getting sorted out.

This car has been down for a few years and came to us so we could clean up a number of major issues it had from previous work that was performed.

Now that the cylinder head is fixed (full rebuild with new bronze guides), this should be the last step to getting this car back to a drivable state.

Here’s the finished product (don’t forget to swipe right to see all the pics) of the headers + mid pipes we fabricated for this beautiful e30 that was brought in to us by .

These headers and mid pipes were fabricated using 304 stainless steel to fit the M30B35 (3.5 liter inline 6) that was swapped in to this car and improve performance over the factory exhaust manifolds.

Here’s our new 2022 Toyota GR86. We picked this thing up a couple of months ago as a canvas to use for product development on these gen 2 BRZ/GR86’s.

We’re just wrapping up development of our 2.5” exhaust system for these cars. Will have them ready for sale by the end of March, with pricing available at that time. We have 2.5” over pipe, front pipe (deletes the secondary catalytic converter) and cat-back.

This exhaust is made of 304 stainless steel using all mandrel bent tubing and fully tig welded and back purged. It’s designed to have OEM quality fitment and ground clearance with a modest increase in volume and little to no drone.

Next month, we plan to have our equal length header finished up, which is designed to match up with this 2.5” exhaust system and then after that we will be developing a 3” exhaust system plus a matching header with larger primaries, etc to extract the most performance out of this engine in it’s naturally aspirated form at the cost of more noise and a slight (although minimal) loss in ground clearance where the exhaust has to pass under the rear subframe.

First step in another project, we received this Toyota 3RZ, soon to be used in a swap for our friend in his first generation 4Runner. This 2.7L inline four cylinder is one of Toyota’s best engines and will be a huge upgrade from the 22RE it will be replacing.

We’ll be tearing this motor down for some upgrades and a refresh so it’s ready to handle a healthy amount of boost, combined with some off road action. Should be digging in to this one very soon.

Finally received these components today which are part of an exhaust system we’ve been waiting to get started on.

Parts delays the last couple years have been crazy, making it almost impossible to give customers any kind of reasonable or accurate timelines on things like this.

Thanks for everybody’s patience and stay tuned for some progress pics as we get this an a few other fabrication projects moving along over the coming weeks.

Here’s some shots of the Honda K24 sidewinder turbo manifold we just finished fabricating and developing.

Like all of our other turbo manifolds, this manifold is fabricated using a billet 304 stainless head fl**ge, a billet collector as well as having a lifetime warranty against cracking.

Hit us up if you’re looking for a turbo manifold for your project and/or any other fabrication you may need.
