In the rugged mountains of Idaho, a mining customer needed reliable wireless communication to support critical water infrastructure even when site access was only possible by tracked vehicles.

We began with RF Path Studies to analyze the terrain and signal challenges, then conducted real-world onsite testing to evaluate cellular and satellite options, including Starlink, Rock Remote Mini, and BGAN. This thorough process helped us identify the best solutions to ensure continuous, dependable monitoring and control.
