Today, we recognize the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation.

As we honour Survivors, remember the children who never returned home, and acknowledge the lasting impacts of residential schools, our teams across Canada are taking time to learn and reflect.

Through a national learning session led by CultureAlly and sponsored by Sonepar Canada's employee resource group SHINE, we explored the role we all play in advancing reconciliation through understanding, inclusion and meaningful action.

This summer, we had the privilege and honour of welcoming Agathe from France to the Gescan team as an intern. 🇫🇷🍁

Over the past few months, Agathe brought curiosity, enthusiasm and a positive attitude to everything she did. Beyond her contributions to the team, she embraced new experiences, built meaningful connections and became a valued part of the Gescan family.

Yesterday, during our Annual Sales Conference, we gathered to share a heartfelt thank you and farewell as her Canadian adventure comes to an end. While we're sad to see her go, we're grateful for the time we shared and the memories made along the way.

Agathe, thank you for spending your summer with us and for sharing your culture, perspective, and energy with our team. We wish you every success in your studies, career and future adventures.
