Last week, our team gathered across the country for the 2026 Annual Sales Conference, united by one message: Own the Outcome.

Throughout the conference, we reflected on our progress, shared insights, celebrated achievements and focused on the opportunities ahead. From engaging discussions and learning sessions to well-deserved recognition, one theme remained clear: our success is built on the people who step up, support one another, and continuously find ways to grow and adapt.

This summer, we had the privilege and honour of welcoming Agathe from France to the Gescan team as an intern. 🇫🇷🍁

Over the past few months, Agathe brought curiosity, enthusiasm and a positive attitude to everything she did. Beyond her contributions to the team, she embraced new experiences, built meaningful connections and became a valued part of the Gescan family.

Yesterday, during our Annual Sales Conference, we gathered to share a heartfelt thank you and farewell as her Canadian adventure comes to an end. While we're sad to see her go, we're grateful for the time we shared and the memories made along the way.

Agathe, thank you for spending your summer with us and for sharing your culture, perspective, and energy with our team. We wish you every success in your studies, career and future adventures. We hope your time in Canada leaves you with lasting memories, new friendships, and experiences you'll carry wherever your journey takes you next.

Gescan’s story began in 1952 as the Wholesale Department of Canadian General Electric Co., serving customers from coast to coast before evolving into the full-line electrical distributor we know today.
