Another satisfied customer!

RedLine Digital Twin recently completed a high-resolution virtual tour of the PTW Energy Services fabrication yard in Calgary.

The objective was to capture skid fabrication at multiple stages of construction, along with their expansive shop environment - creating a fully navigable digital record of the facility.

A client approached us looking to improve thrust and reduce cavitation on a 1985 Kawasaki Jetski. The part they needed didn’t exist, so we reverse engineered the solution.

Using 3D scanning, mesh processing, and CAD modeling, we captured the geometry of the jetski intake, built a parametric model, and designed a custom Stuffer Box Plate ready for 3D printing and testing.

* CAD modeling of the internal components
* Final design prepared for additive manufacturing

Reverse engineering with 3D scanning makes it possible to design new parts for existing equipment, even when no original CAD data exists.
