Tool of the Day!

These cone templates aid in the layout of truncated cones for plumbing stack roof flashings. The set of three stencils for 3”, 2”, and 1.5” pipes can lay out 72 different cones that will fit the desired roof pitch and pipe perfectly. Each stencil can do 12 roof pitches from 1 in 12 up to 12 in 12, and can make cones to fit both ABS and copper pipe. The base diameter for all stencils is 5”.

The stencils are made with 14g cold rolled steel, then powder coated in small batches to assure a high degree of quality.

Discover the Automatic Power Seamer K9-1 WAD, for fast, safe, and reliable double lock seaming!

This automatic power seamer is available in 115V or 230V, and has optional K9-1-WR rolls making it possible to be used for single lock seaming. It handles sheet metal, aluminum, copper, and zinc up to 0.8 mm, as well as stainless steel up to 0.5 mm, and adjusts to seam heights from 25–60 mm. Variable pressure adjustment ensures clean cross seams, while working speeds of 5.5–13 m/min provide efficient performance on roofs and walls. Designed for safe, maintenance-free operation, the K9-1 won’t damage painted or coated panels and features an automatic shut-off at the end of the seam or against obstructions.

It’s also suitable for barrel-curved roofs down to a 1.2 m radius, with optional cutting rolls available for renovation and repair work.
