How would you feel if you showed up for 30 minutes 4 days a week for the next 4 weeks to get a serious sweat on?

Here’s the schedule
Monday - LEGS + SHOULDERS
Tuesday - CORE + ARMS
Wednesday - BACK + CHEST
Thursday - TOTAL BODY

We can do this together. I have taught corporate noon hour 30 minute resistance classes for almost 10 years. For the past couple years I have gone virtual with these.

Next month I am opening these classes up to everyone. DM me for details.

This is the perfect “no excuses” December plan! Workout LIVE with me (Zoom) 4 days a week for the month of December.

All you need is a small space and ideally a couple weights but we can work with whatever you have or don’t have 😁💪
