FGH-V Galeria Deck Mounted Balcony Windows is an innovative design, where the sash opens to create a balcony, maximizing the livability of a loft. The upper top hung sash opens upwards to 45°, supported by an integrated auxiliary mechanism which allows the upper sash to open in any position within this range.

The lower balcony sash can be hinged and locked in any position from closed to 90 degrees vertically upright, allowing for easy access to the balcony. The upper sash can be opened and locked from the closed position to 45 degrees. The side railings are integrated into the bottom sash that automatically expand during opening as a safety feature. When the lower sash is closed, the balcony railings are hidden inside the window profile, unlike other competitive models.

The upper sash can be raised smoothly up to an angle of 45°. Side safety railings are integrated into the bottom sash, and they tilt forward when the sash is opened. They do not collect dirt or spoil the aesthetics of the roof. Installation of balcony windows should only be performed by a qualified professional.

FAKRO manufactures a range of European quality roof windows, including the FTT Deck Mounted Thermo Window.

The innovative FTT Roof Window provides our best energy saving insulation, delivering an excellent overall heat transfer rating.

The window functions as an efficient system, from the glazing to the frame to the flashing. Ideal for Passive House construction, and is available in two versions: FTT U8 quadruple and FTT U6 triple glazing.

The glazing is set in a specially designed, thicker wood frame than standard windows, working in unison with thermal insulation to minimize thermal bridges.

The FTT is available in energy efficient U6 triple and U8 quadruple glass glazing. The U8 is the only quadruple skylight glazing in Canada, delivering 'passive house' energy performance.

It has three low emission layers and warm TGI spacers. Inner laminated anti burglary glass P2A.

The three 12mm chamber cavities between the panes are filled with inert Krypton gas.

The FPP-V preSelect MAX top hung and pivot window is our latest innovation, allowing the window to open from the top and centre.

The sash can be opened up to 45°, which is nearly 30% more than the previous model. This significant improvement creates more usable space within the room.

Two independent opening mechanisms ensure the complete stability of the sash in both opening positions. This increases the window’s durability and makes it safer to operate.
