HELP WANTED – Parts Sales & Customer Service

Early Birds Muscle Car Parts is looking for a dependable, organized person to join our team in Burlington.

This position involves:
• Assisting customers by phone and email
• Processing customer orders
• Entering and reviewing online orders
• Creating purchase orders with suppliers
• Following up on customer inquiries and order status
• General office support

Knowledge of classic and muscle cars is a strong asset. Experience with automotive parts, restoration projects, dealership parts departments, auto parts stores, or the automotive hobby is highly valued.

We're looking for someone who:
• Enjoys helping customers
• Is organized and detail-oriented
• Learns quickly and works independently
• Is comfortable using computers and email
• Has an interest in classic cars and automotive parts

Part-time position (approximately 25–30 hours per week) with flexible daytime hours.

Perfect for a semi-retired parts professional, automotive enthusiast, or someone with automotive customer service experience looking for a rewarding role in the classic car industry.

A good friend/customer stopped by Early Birds today with this stunning ’57 Chevy, and we had to grab a photo. New chrome and new antenna no problem! This is what the hobby is all about — great people and timeless cars!

Motorama 2026 was a huge milestone for Early Birds.
Our first time exhibiting gave us the opportunity to meet customers face-to-face, generate new business and showcase two incredible builds — a 1974 Camaro and a 1969 Camaro — featuring Early Bird parts. The 1974 Camaro won Best GM Restoration.
