MarShield was pleased to attend and wrap up a fantastic experience at the Canadian Nuclear Society 16th International Conference on Nuclear Fuel today.

Throughout the event, our team engaged with industry leaders, researchers, and technical experts to discuss the critical role that custom radiation shielding plays across the nuclear fuel lifecycle and the future of clean energy, including small modular reactors.

It was a privilege to connect with key partners, join in celebrating the Lifetime Achievement Award recipients, and strengthen relationships across Canada’s nuclear sector. Thank you to the Canadian Nuclear Society for hosting such an insightful conference, and to everyone who took the time to meet with us. We look forward to continuing these valuable collaborations.

Connecting with peers across the Canadian nuclear sector in support of a great cause.

The MarShield team attended the OCNI Charity Golf Tournament on Thursday, August 13.

Justin Hannah, George Senfner, Syed A., and Walter Silva had a great round on the fairway together - beyond a great day on the course with industry colleagues, our team also claimed top honours in the OCNI Jeopardy challenge.

Collaborative innovation in radiation protection requires strong partnerships.

Yesterday, representatives from MarShield and Eclipse Automation visited McMaster University’s Centre for Advanced Nuclear Systems (CANS).

Together, Joe Darocha, Trevor Williams, Michael Trudeau, Syed Abidi, and Walter Silva toured the facility and reviewed advancing nuclear technologies.
