Signature Big Red Blend: A blend of Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Petit Verdot and Sangiovese. Full bodied, a dark colour, both brilliant and deep, an aromatic nose and long, well-balanced palate. Initial fruity and floral aromas develop into a subtle bouquet of wood, spice and smell associated with a particular vineyard. On the palate, tannin becomes more soft and round. Perfect for any BBQ event!
Signature Napa Blend: From California is a true California wine, with five white grape varietals Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Muscat Canelli, Viogneier and Semillon- sourced from Napa, Monterey, Santa Barbara and Tulare counties. We often hear the word “exotic” when described. It’s a fitting portrayal; there is no other wine quite like it.

The Perfect Winter Beverage 🍷❄️
Mulled Wine Recipe:
1 bottle of Merlot
1/4 cup of rum
1 table spoon of maple syrup
1 orange
2 cinnamon sticks
6 whole cloves
3 star anise
1 crushed nutmeg
Pour the wine, rum and maple syrup into a pot and stir before adding orange, cinnamon sticks and the rest of the ingredients. Lower the heat and allow it to simmer for 15 minutes to an hour.
