🔥 This week at Casasanta, we welcomed Executive Chef & Culinary Lead, Cameron Bell and Chef Patrick McDonald from BARDŌ Restaurants to our facility for a full simulation bake on our new High Temperature Pizza Oven. 🍕

From dough prep to finished pies, the session gave the team a hands-on opportunity to experience the oven’s performance, consistency, and production capabilities in a real-world setting.

Day 1 of the Bakery Showcase is officially in the books and what a day it was! 🔥

Our booth was buzzing from start to finish. The Photo Booth was packed with visitors entering for a chance to win a 32" Wood Fired Pizza Oven, and the energy didn’t slow down all day.

Executive Chef Tom Mercante and Chef & Culinary Director Brendan Prong from Mercasa Little Italy Eatery were turning out incredible focaccia, while Chef Kevin Moreira from Boa Bakery had our ovens working overtime with his award winning pizza.

We’re back at it again tomorrow and would love to see you there come visit us at Booth 523 and grab a slice!
