GS Panels feature a composite bond formed by two materials, making each assembly both stronger and lighter.

Steel frames are coated with an adhesive before entering a press mould, where EPS is expanded directly onto the frames. This manufacturing process is the critical step behind the assembly's composite bond — and it's what sets GS Panels apart from the rest of the industry.

𝐅𝐢𝐫𝐞 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 - Steel is non-combustible and does not burn. Lumber can catch fire and contribute to fire spread.
𝐌𝐨𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 - Steel does not absorb water and will not rot, mold, or decay. Lumber is highly susceptible to moisture damage.
𝐏𝐞𝐬𝐭 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 - Steel is not affected by termites, rodents, or insects. Lumber often requires chemical treatments to prevent pest damage.
𝐒𝐭𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐠𝐭𝐡-𝐭𝐨-𝐖𝐞𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭 𝐑𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨 - Cold-formed steel's superior strength-to-weight ratio supports more load with less material and enables longer spans with fewer supports.
𝐃𝐢𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 - Steel won't warp, twist, shrink, or split, unlike lumber, which can change shape due to moisture and temperature.
