A tri-seal carton former and sealer video is up on our video system. This turnkey system can form tri-seal cartons onto a flighted indexing conveyor and deliver them through a loading system that can feature Delta 3 robots, bulk-loading systems, or gantry robots. The HD-IMA - Heavy Duty Intermittent Motion Cartoner is a versatile cartoner that can handle incoming diamond-shaped cartons and load them into a point-of-sale carton. The cartoner can handle up to 150 cartons per minute and is flexible for a wide range of sizes. The cartoner utilizes an AFA gantry robot to collate cartons into the correct pack pattern.
